How long does the repair usually last?

The devices are produced of the highest quality materials and with the clear purpose - to ensure that the user has no worries with the device. More than that – we offer a special guarantee “When you buy, you use 100% all the time”. This means that when the user installs the device, we guarantee it will work all the time.

In case of servicing, we replace the device with a substitute device, equivalent to the original device. In other words – when we come to take your device, we will bring along another one to leave with you during the period of repairs.

As we have foremost in mind the maximum satisfaction of the buyer, we will replace the device with a new one in case of a major fault.
